As a special accommodation to our valued patients we will bill our patient's insurance companies directly.

    Payments & Collections

    Please be sure to bring your current insurance card with you to each visit. Co-pays are due at the time of service. If we do not participate with your insurance, or if you are self-pay, payment is required at the time of service. In case of financial hardship, a payment plan can be arranged.
